Term and Conditions

Term & Condition of Reservation :

1. The rates are quoted in US Dollar and subject to government tax and service charge.
2. The rates converted into Indonesia Rupiah are based on our daily exchange rate.
3. The rates are for as per mentioned maximum capacity, extra person using Extra Bed is available upon request and with additional charge of USD 30.00 / room / night.
4. No Charge for children under 10 years old sharing room with parents with the existing bed. Breakfast is not included.
5. High Season Surcharge will be added USD 20.00 / room / night.
6. Check in time : after 13.30 hours and check out time : before 12.00 hours
7. Day Used until 6 Pm is charged half of the one night room rate.
8. One night deposit is required for having definite confirmation.
9. Extra Benefits :
   Free welcome drink, fresh fruite basket and cool face towel upon arrival and schedulled complimentary return shutle to the center of Ubud.
